How does the process work?

After receiving the payment , you will receive a questionnaire. The questionnaire will be sent to the email which the payment came from. 

What is the Turnaround time? 

The turnaround time for digital goods can be anywhere from 15-21 Business Days 

The turnaround time for printed goods can vary from 2-4 weeks 

Turnaround time for Websites are 3-5 weeks

A rush fee is available , but NOT for all items. 

What file formats will I receive?

Each client will receive the PNG, JPEG and PSD files of their logo. 

How many revisions will I receive? 

All clients receive 3 proofs and 3 revisions. After the advertised number of revisions , the client is charged $15 per revisions. 

Can I get a refund?

Deposits / Payments are non-refundable.
